Whole Share deposit

A whole share will be between 510-550 pounds of meat. Final price will be $8.50/pound for the final processed weight. Expect final cost to be between $4300-4700, minus your deposit. You can choose standard processing or we can provide a cut sheet for you to choose how you would like your share processed at no additional costs. You can choose the thickness of the steaks, bone in, boneless, if you'd like more roasts than steaks, and how you would like your ground beef packaged. Expect roughly half the weight to be in ground beef, standard packaging is 2 pounds but can be more or less depending on customer preference. If you would like sausages, we have a good list of different flavors, but it is a minimum of 30 pounds per flavor. Once we have sold three-quarters we will call and schedule a processing date. Once a date has been set, the deposit is non-refundable. You will be contacted once a date is set and expect 3 1/2 months for your order to be processed. We will let you know when your order is ready and we will deliver straight from the processor to your home in our Beef Bus.
